Coaching

Motherhood doesn’t come in one perfect form—but so many women feel pressure to live it as if it does. My coaching is designed to help you step outside of those expectations and come back to yourself. Together, we explore what your version of motherhood looks like—one that reflects your values, your desires, and your lived reality, not just what culture, family, or social norms have told you it “should” be. This is a space where you’re supported in building confidence, making aligned decisions, and creating a life that feels deeply authentic and sustainable for you.

This is time JUST. FOR. YOU. No kids, no hubby, no one asking you for something. I help women alleviate the invisible load of life that often steals their vibrance.  SUNDIAL coaching is for women seeking to live fully confident and joyful.  It’s the bridge between knowing what you want and living it out.

Guided by over 15 years of working with women — and a life personally rooted in intentional living — I help women have more days that they truly enjoy!

Two Coaching Options

Option 1: Sundial Women's Coaching

Available to women in any season of life or motherhood. Whether you’re rebuilding your identity after a season of transition, craving more balance between the things you want to do and the things you “have” to do, preparing for motherhood, or simply ready to be more intentional about how you spend your days, this is your invitation to start now.

This is for you if you’re ready to:

  • Define what motherhood and/or life looks like on your terms, not anyone else’s
  • Let go of guilt, comparison, and the pressure to fit a specific mold
  • Build confidence in your decisions—even when they look different from others around you
  • Navigate conversations with your partner, family, or friends with clarity and self-trust
  • Feel more grounded and secure in the way you’re choosing to live and mother
  • Create a life that feels aligned, supportive, and genuinely fulfilling

Inside our coaching, we can:

  • Work through specific, real-life situations and decisions you’re facing
  • Develop practical strategies for communication, boundaries, and support
  • Explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, or pressures that may be holding you back
  • Create space for reflection, vision, and intentional growth
  • Support you in building a version of motherhood—and life—that you truly enjoy

Coaching may also be for you if you’ve begun to feel burdened down by the weight of daily decision-making (ie. decision fatigue)– figuring out what to make for dinner each night, the endless to-do list continually growing in your head, trying to show up for your children and community. Maybe you’re finding yourself going through the motions each day, but not really fulfilled. Maybe you feel like you just don’t have time to do all the things they want to do. This coaching is for you.

Anjelica is passionate and skilled at helping women get off this hamster wheel!  You’ll receive the kindness and patience of a friend, married with the expertise and training of a healthcare provider who’s worked with hundreds of women. Option 2: Perinatal Wellness Coaching

Available to women 6wks – 1 yr postpartum, with sessions that focus on:

  • your changing body
  • using herbs and food to manage stress and anxiety
  • miscarriage support
  • how to gather your people and rebuild your community
  • processing your birth story
  • postpartum healing (meal prep, herbs for healing, weaning,…)
  • getting more sleep and creating bedtime rhythms
  • how to make time for yourself and your passions
  • simple self-care ideas
  • maintaining or reigniting intimacy with your partner
  • juggling multiple children

Between six weeks and one year postpartum, many women find themselves in an in-between space — no longer under the care of their medical provider, yet not fully reconnected to themselves or their community. The check-ins stop, the support fades, and life is expected to carry on. But inside, you may still feel untethered— not quite who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.

Right now you might be feeling…

    • A little lost in the blur of daily parenting — you love your children, you value this stage of life, but you’re quietly wondering: “Is this it? Research shows mothers of young children often report overwhelming levels of stress: in one large study more than half of parents of children 0‑9 years old scored as having moderate to high parenting stress, with anxiety or depressive symptoms present in a sizeable subset.

    • On autopilot, doing dozens of things at once — meal prep, schedules, emotional check‑ins, partner/family dynamics, work‑life shifts — and you feel that mental load in your bones. A recent academic paper calls this the invisible “mental load” of domestic and caregiving tasks, especially heavy among educated employed women, with emotional fatigue and spill‑over into work.

    • Pulled in multiple directions — you want to honor your professional or creative aspirations, but also be “present” for your children and your home. Many women in their 30s and 40s step back from career trajectories because of caretaking demands and the motherhood penalty remains real.

    • A longing for something more than “just surviving” the stage — you may quietly wish for peace, clarity, ease, and to feel like yourself again. Yet the everyday feels loud and layered, and you wonder how you’ll ever carve out that space.
    • At the same time, you know there’s purpose here; many studies show that mothers report greater meaning and fulfillment. For example, one survey found that married mothers report higher happiness, deep connection and meaning in life compared with women without children.

After working together you will feel…

      • Lighter — that heavy sense of carrying everything alone softens. You’ll feel you have a trusted guide who sees you, your season, your unique context.

      • Clear — you’ll know your next steps, what you’re saying “yes” to (and what you’re saying “no” to). The fog of overwhelm gives way to a sense of direction.

      • Confident — you’ll access tools, insights and shifts born of decades of professional training, not just platitudes. You’ll feel grounded in your own wisdom and in someone who’s walked this terrain reliably.

      • Refreshed — not necessarily always turned “on” or productive, but with more inner room. More “you again”. More spaciousness to live from a place of nourishment, not depletion.

      • Aligned — you’ll move into a rhythm that honours your values: peace, grace, nourishment. You’ll feel you’re living in your identity, not just reacting to demands.
