Coaching
Through strategy and intention, I (Anjelica) will walk hand-in-hand with you to help guide you toward days that feel less chaotic, less like always trying to get caught up, and full of more fun, freedom to do the things you love, and excitement around motherhood. As our children get older we begin to realize what little time we have with them under our roof, and we yearn for an opportunity to slow down and make more positive memories—but then we are reminded of all our to-dos and time slips away. Day after day, month after month, year after year, we find ourselves simply going through the motions and never quite getting to doing the things we’ve been aiming to.
Hi lovely! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
This is the place JUST. FOR. YOU. No kids, no hubby, no one asking you for something. I help women alleviate the invisible load of parenting and life that often steals their joy and vibrance, and help them truly begin to savor the days with their family and make lasting memories. SUNDIAL coaching is for women seeking to live fully well, with more intention, rhythm, and grace. It’s the bridge between knowing what you want and living it out.
Guided by over 15 years of working with women — and a life personally rooted in intentional living — I help women simplify, focus, and create systems that reflect what matters most to them.
Two Coaching Options
Sundial Coaching
Available to women in any season of life or motherhood.
So many women find themselves surrounded by all the things they thought they wanted: A loving spouse, kids, a beautiful home, and a great community, but not actually enjoying any of it. They are so burdened down by the weight of daily decision-making (ie. decision fatigue), figuring out what to make for dinner each night, the endless to-do list continually growing in their head, trying to show up for their children and community, and with not a moment to think about how to make it all happen. They find themselves simply going through the motions and feeling disappointed. They also feel like they just don’t have time to do all the things they want to do.
Anjelica is passionate and skilled at helping women get off this hamster wheel! You’ll receive the kindness and patience of a friend, married with the expertise and training of a healthcare provider. These private one-on-one sessions provide women with the guidance they need to begin living the life they’ve been dreaming about and eliminate the mental load that is fogging their brain. Each session is a time to step outside the chaos and finally get a moment to think! Anjelica will listen to you, develop a custom strategy, and then help you implement each step, including holding you accountable. She has watched women start their first session convinced that all they had on their minds was too much to get done, and within just a few sessions feel the burden being lifted and a light at the end of the tunnel. Anjelica loves to see women thriving, not just surviving motherhood.
Whether you’re rebuilding your identity after a hard or transition season, craving balance between work and family, preparing for motherhood, or simply ready to feel less chaotic, this is your invitation to live well.
I believe the first few sessions (at least) are best experienced in person. Why? Because true transformation begins with connection: seeing your world firsthand, feeling the energy in your space, and experiencing the dynamic of your daily life. It helps to observe the context of your life and tailor guidance to your world. Virtual sessions may be available after the first few sessions.
Perinatal Wellness Coaching
Available to women 6wks – 1 yr postpartum.
Between six weeks and one year postpartum, many women find themselves in an in-between space — no longer under the care of their medical providers, yet not fully reconnected to themselves or their community. The check-ins stop, the support fades, and life is expected to carry on. But inside, you may still feel untethered — not quite who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.
These sessions are designed to fill that gap — offering thoughtful guidance, emotional grounding, and steady companionship as you navigate this quiet, powerful transition.
The details:
Sessions are customized based on the individual needs of each person but may be centered around obtaining information, talking through/processing, or being encouraged to make choices that feel true to you about the following topics:
- your changing body
- using herbs and food to manage stress and anxiety
- miscarriage support
- how to gather your people and rebuild your community
- processing your birth story
- postpartum healing (meal prep, herbs for healing, weaning,…)
- getting more sleep and creating bedtime rhythms
- how to make time for yourself and your passions
- simple self-care ideas
- maintaining or reigniting intimacy with your partner
- juggling multiple children

Right now you might be feeling…
-
A little lost in the blur of daily parenting — you love your children, you value this stage of life, but you’re quietly wondering: “Is this it? Research shows mothers of young children often report overwhelming levels of stress: in one large study more than half of parents of children 0‑9 years old scored as having moderate to high parenting stress, with anxiety or depressive symptoms present in a sizeable subset.
-
On autopilot, doing dozens of things at once — meal prep, schedules, emotional check‑ins, partner/family dynamics, work‑life shifts — and you feel that mental load in your bones. A recent academic paper calls this the invisible “mental load” of domestic and caregiving tasks, especially heavy among educated employed women, with emotional fatigue and spill‑over into work.
-
Pulled in multiple directions — you want to honor your professional or creative aspirations, but also be “present” for your children and your home. Many women in their 30s and 40s step back from career trajectories because of caretaking demands and the motherhood penalty remains real.
- A longing for something more than “just surviving” the stage — you may quietly wish for peace, clarity, ease, and to feel like yourself again. Yet the everyday feels loud and layered, and you wonder how you’ll ever carve out that space.
- At the same time, you know there’s purpose here; many studies show that mothers report greater meaning and fulfillment. For example, one survey found that married mothers report higher happiness, deep connection and meaning in life compared with women without children.

After working together you will feel…
-
Lighter — that heavy sense of carrying everything alone softens. You’ll feel you have a trusted guide who sees you, your season, your unique context.
-
Clear — you’ll know your next steps, what you’re saying “yes” to (and what you’re saying “no” to). The fog of overwhelm gives way to a sense of direction.
-
Confident — you’ll access tools, insights and shifts born of decades of professional training, not just platitudes. You’ll feel grounded in your own wisdom and in someone who’s walked this terrain reliably.
-
Refreshed — not necessarily always turned “on” or productive, but with more inner room. More “you again”. More spaciousness to live from a place of nourishment, not depletion.
-
Aligned — you’ll move into a rhythm that honours your values: peace, grace, nourishment. You’ll feel you’re living in your identity, not just reacting to demands.
